Definition: Obtaining someone elses personal identifying information and usint to obtain credit, services or goods. When an unknown person fraudulently used a credit card or credit card account number to obtain property or anything of value without the permission of the account holder, bank or organization who issued the credit card or person whose name is on the credit card.

To report this incident online you must be the actual victim or the victim's authorized representative. Falsely reporting an incident or pretending to be someone else in order to file a report can be investigated and charged as a criminal offense.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Identity Theft/Fraud/Forgery)
Do you just need a report number for insurance purposes?
Definition: Lost or stolen items such as a cell phone, vehicle license plate and/or decal, bicycle, iPad or tablet etc.
Anything OTHER THAN Firearms or Motor Vehicles.
(If you have found an item that you previously reported as lost, you must call to report that it was found. 863-401-2256.)

ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Lost/Stolen Property (other than firearms or motor vehicles)
Definition: Nuisance animals (w/o bite), harrasing phone calls or text messages (for documentation purposes only), Civil Cases (ie: dispute over a contract, breach of contract, negligence or violation of private rights. Example would be a person failing to perform the terms of a contract, such as vehicle or home repair work. Landlord/tenant issues are also civil cases.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Non-Criminal Activity/Civil Complaint)
Definition: Graffiti, knocking over a mailbox, rock thrown through a window (no entry made into the structure), keying a vehicle, slashing tires etc.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Criminal Mischief)

Definition: A retail theft that occurred in the past and the suspect is not on property or was not seen leaving the property directly after committing the theft.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Past-Occurred Retail Theft)
Upload video clips or photos and written statement. Please note there is a 250 MB limit. Therefore, video clips should only be of the subject entering, exiting and/or at the register. Narrow down footage to just the subject within 30 seconds prior to and 10 seconds after being on video.
Definition: Any person under agreement to make payments of rental property (ie: furniture, electronics, tools etc.) who stops making agreed upon payments and does not return the property as per the agreement.

Upload copy of contract or agreement with subject's signature
Copy of photo ID with all of the subject's information and a fingerprint taken from subject on the same page
Attempt To Contact documents - any and all documentation of attempts to contact the subject requesting return of property
Copy of letter giving notice to return property. Letter must state that after receiving letter, they have 5 days from the received date to return property.
Copy of receipt with date when the letter was sent by courier with tracking capability or by certified mail, returned receipt requested indicating the date was delivered.
