Winter Haven City University offers a behind-the-scenes look at how our departments provide exceptional customer services throughout our community. Participants will get to peek behind the curtain to learn how decisions are made and how our City operates on a day-to-day basis. Complete with presentations, interactive activities and immersive tours, this seven-session class will equip graduates to be ambassadors in the community, advocates in City Hall, and supports with our legislative delegation.
Participants will be selected from applications received in the order they are received based on where they live in the City in order to create a good representation of our entire City in the class. Five applicants from each quadrant (NE, NW, SW, SE) will be selected. Applicants not accepted this year will be kept on file for 2023's class.
