Will you sell food or beverages?

  • Vendor applications must be submitted through our online submission form. Your application will be reviewed by the Juneteenth Celebration Committee and an invoice will be sent IF & ONCE you have been approved.
  • Booth locations will be determined by city staff based on event needs.
  • For safety reasons, all vehicles must be removed from the event area immediately upon unloading, unless it is a one-unit food truck.
  • Vendor fees will be accepted via debit/credit card, cash, or check. Please make all checks payable to The City of Winter Haven.

All businesses must present a copy of their state license. All non-profit groups will need to present proof of non-profit status.
